Refund and Cancellation Policy


  1. Once an order enters the processing stage, no refunds will be issued for reports or services.
  2. Users are responsible for placing orders carefully. No refunds will be granted for incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user.

  3. Cancellation requests must be made within one hour of successful payment and before execution of the service. Approval of such cancellation is at the sole discretion of the company.

  4. No refunds will be issued after the service or report has been executed.

  5. No refunds shall be provided for technical delays, system glitches, or approximate timelines involved in report generation or service delivery.

  6. For incorrect user details, correction requests may be accepted within one hour of service execution, but refunds will not be provided.

  7. No refunds will be issued for incorrect contact details provided for services such as “Call with Astrologer.”

  8. Physical products once delivered will not be eligible for refunds due to damage caused after delivery.

  9. If an order is cancelled by VAAFESTROLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED, the full paid amount will be refunded.

  10. Any approved refund will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7 business days, after deduction of applicable transaction charges, shipping fees, customs duties, or other applicable costs.

    In case of payment failure or duplication, users are advised to verify their bank account before making another payment.
